Job Description

Responsibilities

Repurpose long-form raw video footage into polished, dynamic short-form videos (15–60 seconds) optimized for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and LinkedIn.
Add captions/subtitles, callouts, text overlays, sound effects, background music, and motion graphics to maximize audience engagement.
Adhere strictly to project deadlines, creative briefs, style guides, and feedback provided by the marketing manager.
Organize and maintain digital asset libraries, project files, and raw footage repositories efficiently
Must Be Familiar with MediaHuman Video Downloader. (Key will be provided)

Requirements

Proficiency in standard editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro, Lumafusion, or Shotcut) (Cap Cut is not allowed).
Experience with captioning tools, basic audio cleaning, and motion text animation.
Ability to work quickly under tight deadlines without sacrificing visual quality or brand consistency.
Strong listening skills and receptiveness to constructive feedback and editing notes.
A portfolio or link to a sample edit (social media edits preferred).
