We're Looking For Someone Who...

• Masters the art of visual storytelling—turning hours of footage into compelling narratives that connect with audiences and drive results
• Brings solid agency or client-side experience—understanding how video fits into larger marketing strategies and campaign objectives
• Lives for the edit—finds genuine joy in color correction, sound design, motion graphics, and all the details that make videos shine
• Thrives under deadline pressure—manages multiple projects while maintaining high creative standards and meeting tight turnarounds
• Collaborates naturally—works closely with our Lead Videographer, creative team, and account managers to ensure every edit exceeds expectations
• Stays current with trends—knows what's working on different platforms and how to optimize content for maximum engagement

Key Responsibilities

• Edit video content across all formats—from 15-second social media clips to long-form brand documentaries
• Collaborate with our Lead Videographer to maintain creative vision from shoot through final delivery
• Work with account teams to understand client objectives and ensure edits align with campaign goals
• Create motion graphics, titles, and visual effects that enhance storytelling and brand consistency
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining organized workflows and meeting deadlines
• Optimize videos for different platforms and specifications (social media, web, broadcast)
• Stay organized with asset management and maintain Hunter's high standards for file organization and archiving

Qualifications

• 3+ years of professional video editing experience in agency, production, or client-side marketing environments
• Proficiency in industry-standard editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and ideally DaVinci Resolve)
• Strong understanding of color correction, audio mixing, and motion graphics
• Experience creating content optimized for social media platforms and various digital formats
• Portfolio demonstrating range across different video styles and industries
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Bonus points for experience with 3D animation, advanced motion graphics, or emerging video technologies
