Our office bases are located in Singapore, San Francisco and London - and our days are fast-paced and exciting, within an atmosphere that is super comfortable, creative, and collaborative. This role is offered in our San Francisco office, and the successful candidate will be in the office 3-5 days per week.

The Role

You can make a significant difference to our close-knit and friendly team as a highly motivated Video Editor and Motion Graphics Designer. In this role, you'll edit and design stunning motion graphics for a wide variety of projects, diving in from the briefing stage and guiding them all the way to delivery.

You'll bring briefs to life videos using compelling mood boards, storyboards, animatics, and motion graphic elements or typography for live-action layers. You'll work collaboratively with our writers, producers, account managers, and in-house editors to create unique and compelling videos, and also design and create engaging social assets, while contributing to exciting internal brand projects.

You’ll be a key player in our growing delivery team ensuring everything we make is delivered at the highest level using the latest tools and AI workflows.

How You Will Make Your Mark

Creative Production

• LeadershipDeliver multiple video projects through post production ensuring creative output is powerful, on-brand, and on time.
• Work closely with creatives, writers, editors, and motion designers using AI to shape stories and experiences that drive impact.
• Support pitches, ensuring post-production vision is aligned with client ambition.

AI-Led Production

• LeadershipDrive innovation by integrating cutting-edge AI tools into post
• productionStay with or ahead of industry trends to continuously evolve our AI capabilities, ensuring we’re pushing boundaries and setting standards in creative AI.
• Evaluate, test, and deploy emerging AI technologies that enhance creativity, efficiency, and storytelling impact.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to establish AI protocols that protect creative integrity and brand authenticity

Culture & Mentorship

• Mentor other members of the team to support skills growth, confidence, and collaboration.
• Champion an inclusive, respectful, curious, and speak-up culture.Inspire yourself, and teams to explore new formats, AI technologies, and creative AI approaches in video storytelling.

What You Will Bring to Make Your Mark

With at least 4 years of professional experience (agency experience is a big bonus!) and an impressive portfolio, you’ll show us that you:

• Possess excellent design, typographic, and conceptual skills.
• Love working collaboratively and actively contribute to the creative development of projects.
• Enjoy finding innovative solutions.Are comfortable meeting deadlines with time to spare and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Are methodical and adept at multi-tasking.
• Can critically assess your own work to meet the high standards expected by both clients and producers.
