We are a strategy-first marketing agency that creates short-form organic content for clients across a wide range of industries and audiences. Content is our primary growth channel — and editing is the production layer that makes or breaks it.

We are looking for a skilled video editor to join our team on an ongoing basis. This is not a one-off project. If you're the right fit, there is consistent work here.

What You'll Be Doing

• Editing short-form vertical content (Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts) for multiple clients
• Working from clear briefs that specify concept, hook, structure, pacing, and references
• Following per-client brand and style guides — every client has its own look, tone, and feel
• Selecting and placing B-roll that matches the context and intent of the content
• Adding captions, on-screen text, and any required motion elements
• Managing your work through a structured task board in Notion — no guessing, no fragmented communication
• Flagging blockers early rather than going silent or guessing
• Delivering final exports within a 48-hour turnaround standard

You're a Strong Fit If

• You have experience editing short-form vertical content for social media
• You have worked with a marketing agency or produced content for multiple brands simultaneously
• You can read a brief and match a style — you do not need to invent it from scratch
• You understand short-form retention: hooks, pacing, cuts, and platform-native rhythm
• You are comfortable adapting your style across different clients and audiences
• You are familiar with tools like Notion, Slack, Google Drive, or Frame.io
• You are available for consistent weekly output and can commit to turnaround expectations

This Role Is Not a Fit If

• You only edit long-form or cinematic content
• You need heavy direction on every edit
• You cannot reliably deliver within a 48-hour window
• You cannot follow a written brief and match an established client style

How We Work

Every task lives in Notion — you'll have a dedicated editor board with all client guides, briefs, footage links, and turnaround timelines in one place. There is no chasing, no confusion about what is needed, and no fragmented communication across channels.

Before your first paid edit, we run a structured onboarding process — including a paid test edit — so both sides can confirm the fit before committing to volume.
