Job Summary

Own post production for defense and frontier tech storytelling, shaping high impact edits from hero brand videos to docu style narratives while scaling with AI driven workflows.

  • Build and guide narrative across hero videos, short form cuts, and longer docu pieces to drive audience understanding.
  • Create repeatable visual systems like lower thirds, thumbnails, and title cards for platform-native formats across LinkedIn and YouTube.
  • Use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Flora) to accelerate output while preserving filmic quality.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n

  • Edit high-impact content across defense, aerospace, and frontier technology clients
    • \n
  • Cut brand and product Hero Videos that position the technology as the hero and drive clear audience takeaways
    • \n
  • Build short form systems including hero edits, cutdowns, series formats, reels, and platform native versions for LinkedIn, YouTube, and more
    • \n
  • Cut longer narratives including 3 to 5 minute docu-style edits, mini profiles, mission stories, and brand pieces
    • \n
  • Create and maintain templates and repeatable visual systems including lower thirds, title cards, thumbnail language, and static design patterns
    • \n
  • Collaborate on story including selects, structure, pacing, sound design, and message clarity
    • \n
  • Use AI tools to accelerate and expand creative output when appropriate, including Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Flora, and other emerging toolchains
    • \n
  • Keep projects organized including file structure, versioning, exports, review workflows, and delivery polish
    • \n

  • You are an editor with taste, pacing, restraint, punch, story instinct, and clean finishing
    • \n
  • You can make complex technology feel clear and compelling without turning it into jargon soup
    • \n
  • You are fast, detail oriented, and you ship without sacrificing quality
    • \n
  • You are fluent in modern post workflows including audio, color, captions, mixed media, and multi format deliverables
    • \n
  • You are excited to use AI as a creative multiplier, not a gimmick
    • \n
  • You take ownership and solve problems before they become issues
    • \n
  • Premiere, Resolve, After Effects, Final Cut Pro (EXPERT in one, experience across all)
    • \n
  • Frame.io or similar review workflow
    • \n
  • Google Drive and Docs with organized post handoff systems
    • \n
  • AI tools including Midjourney, Runway, Veo 3, Flora, plus emerging tools
