Job Summary
Own and execute athlete video storytelling across platforms, from shooting to editing and producing engaging content that drives social performance, while aligning with marketing and athlete-brand strategy.
- Video content ownership: shoot, edit, and produce short and long form for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter
- Content strategy collaboration: work with marketing and athlete teams to shape creative direction and storytelling
- Idea development: craft new concepts for athlete branding initiatives and on-brand storytelling
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist in shooting, editing, and producing short-form and long-form video content for social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and X/Twitter
- Create athlete highlight videos, commitment edits, promotional content, recruiting edits, and behind-the-scenes content
- Edit video content optimized for social engagement and platform-specific performance
- Collaborate with the marketing and athlete representation teams on content strategy and creative direction
- Help develop new creative concepts and storytelling ideas for athlete branding initiatives
- Experience with video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, or similar platforms
- Basic knowledge of videography, camera operation, lighting, and audio preferred
- Passion for sports, NIL, and athlete storytelling
- Portfolio, reel, or sample work required
- Experience producing sports-related content is highly preferred
- College student in need of course credit preferred as this is an unpaid internship
- Experience producing sports-related content is highly preferred
- Hands-on experience within the rapidly growing NIL and sports agency industry
