Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Identify, prioritize, and lead the development of new organic growth opportunities that drive customer acquisition and business growth.
  • Define and drive a holistic acquisition personalization strategy, connecting audiences, channels, and customer experiences to deliver more relevant, higher-converting acquisition journeys.
  • Develop business cases, strategic recommendations, and growth roadmaps for emerging acquisition opportunities, informed by customer, market, competitive, and industry trends.
  • Evaluate acquisition funnel performance and customer behavior across journeys, channels, and stages to identify friction points, gaps, and opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Develop strategies that orchestrate how acquisition channels, customer experiences, and marketing capabilities work together to drive stronger, more efficient outcomes.
  • Set acquisition priorities for product builds and partner closely with the Personalization and Insights (P&I) team on data features and capabilities, translating them into personalized acquisition strategies and measurable outcomes.
  • Synthesize insights across customer behavior, performance, business results, and emerging trends to surface growth opportunities and build frameworks that support prioritization.
  • Influence investment decisions and strategic priorities through data-driven business cases and recommendations.
  • Advance AI adoption across Consumer Bank Marketing by identifying high-value use cases, evaluating emerging capabilities with partner teams, and championing new ways of working that improve productivity and decision-making.
  • Lead complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives end-to-end in a highly matrixed environment, aligning senior stakeholders and presenting recommendations to leadership to drive decisions and secure investment.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in marketing, growth strategy, digital strategy, customer acquisition, management consulting, product marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record developing growth strategies, business cases, and executive-level recommendations that drive measurable business results.
  • Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and influencing outcomes across large organizations.
  • Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to connect information from multiple sources, evaluate tradeoffs, and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
  • Demonstrated ability to leverage data and insights to guide decision-making, prioritize investments, and influence strategy.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, including experience presenting to senior leadership.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and creating structure around complex business challenges.
  • Demonstrated interest in emerging technologies and practical applications of AI to improve business outcomes, team effectiveness, and customer experiences.

Preferred

  • Experience with growth strategy, customer acquisition, funnel optimization, channel optimization, customer experience strategy, or innovation initiatives, including identifying and developing new business opportunities or growth programs.
  • Experience influencing strategic roadmaps within highly matrixed organizations.
  • Experience helping teams adopt new tools, technologies, or ways of working.
