Job Summary

Own the brand and growth engine with a global marketing vision, cross-channel campaigns, and executive-level strategy that ties product launches to retailer success and consumer relevance.

Brand and Growth Ownership: set the long-term marketing plan, brand positioning, and annual roadmaps across portfolio brands.
Cross-Channel Execution: lead integrated campaigns spanning digital, social, influencer, PR, experiential, retail, and traditional channels.
Executive Alignment: collaborate with the CEO and leadership to define strategic priorities, partnerships, and category growth.

Job Description

Own Schylling's global marketing vision and lead cross-channel brand growth across NeeDoh, Lava, Big Wheel and emerging lines.

Develop and execute Schylling's global marketing vision and long-term growth strategy.
Serve as a key member of the executive leadership team.
Partner with the CEO and senior leadership to establish strategic priorities and growth initiatives.
Build and lead a high-performing marketing organization focused on innovation, accountability, and collaboration.
Lead brand strategy across Schylling's portfolio, including NeeDoh®, Lava®, Big Wheel®, and emerging brands.
Establish brand positioning, messaging frameworks, and annual marketing plans.
Drive long-term brand equity and consumer relevance.
Identify opportunities for brand expansion, licensing, partnerships, collaborations, and new consumer segments.
Lead integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, influencer, PR, experiential, retail, and traditional channels.
