Responsibilities

• The Vice President Marketing will be responsible for overseeing the strategic planning and execution of the organization’s marketing initiatives.
• Responsibilities include building and managing comprehensive marketing strategies, conducting market research to identify growth opportunities, managing public relations efforts, and leading a high-performing marketing team.
• The role also entails aligning marketing strategies with business goals to enhance brand visibility and drive demand creation.

Requirements

• Strong expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to develop informed and effective strategies
• Proficiency in Marketing, Marketing Management, and leadership of integrated marketing efforts
• Experience in Public Relations to enhance brand perception and manage communication strategies
• Proven track record of executing successful marketing campaigns and driving measurable results
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and organizational skills
• Ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team in a dynamic, fast-paced, and remote work environment
• Experience in industries relevant to Kohootz, LLC’s operations is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred)
