Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the company’s marketing strategies.
  • Design market plans.
  • Lead marketing management initiatives.
  • Ensure that all campaigns align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct thorough market research.
  • Develop and manage public relations strategies.
  • Lead a high-performing marketing team to drive awareness and growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Expertise in Market Planning and Market Research to design and implement impactful strategies.
  • Strong capabilities in Marketing Management and overall Marketing to lead campaigns and achieve targeted outcomes.
  • Proficiency in Public Relations to build, maintain, and manage the company’s positive public image.
  • Solid leadership and decision-making skills, with a proven track record in strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred

  • Advanced degree (MBA or related) is preferred.
  • Experience in the recreational services industry is a plus.
