  • Coordinate integrated marketing, PR, and donor communications to elevate awareness and support fundraising goals.
  • Mentor the team, strengthen processes, and drive cross-department alignment on messaging and systems.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the organization’s global brand strategy, communications platform, and marketing operations.
  • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing, communications, and public relations strategies designed to elevate brand awareness, communicate the organization’s mission and impact, and support the fundraising initiatives that fuel The Fellowship’s global humanitarian work.
  • Report directly to the United States CEO & Global Chief Operating Officer and serve as a member of the senior leadership team, guiding the strategy and performance of the organization’s marketing and communications functions.
  • Oversee brand positioning, content development, public relations strategy, production teams, and communications platforms to ensure The Fellowship’s message remains clear, compelling, and consistent across all channels.
  • Ensure that marketing strategy and messaging are closely aligned with The Fellowship’s integrated fundraising model.
  • Engage with the donor base and messaging to reflect mission-centered storytelling, faith-informed messaging, and demonstrated humanitarian impact.
  • Lead and mentor a talented marketing and communications team while helping to strengthen systems, processes, and strategic alignment across departments.
