Position Summary

The Vice President, Marketing & Business Development is responsible for driving the company’s growth through integrated marketing strategies and business development initiatives. This role oversees brand positioning, market expansion, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships, ensuring alignment with overall corporate objectives and revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute integrated marketing and business development strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
  • Lead brand strategy, positioning, and market presence across key regions and segments
  • Oversee lead generation, pipeline development, and customer acquisition initiatives
  • Collaborate with sales, product, and strategy teams to align go-to-market efforts
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and competitive dynamics to inform decisions
  • Manage marketing campaigns, communications, and digital channels to maximize ROI
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
  • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and performance metrics
  • Lead, mentor, and scale high-performing marketing and business development teams
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or equivalent preferred
  • 15+ years of experience in marketing, business development, or commercial leadership roles
  • Proven track record in driving revenue growth and market expansion
  • Strong understanding of go-to-market strategies, sales alignment, and customer lifecycle management
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
Preferred Experience
