- 12+ years of pharmaceutical, healthcare, or life sciences advertising experience, including demonstrated experience managing and developing other account leaders.
- A track record of owning financial responsibility for a client business, including job tracking, forecasting, and financial growth.
- Strong experience developing multi-tiered account teams, including other people managers.
- Polished presence and the confidence to represent the agency's point of view, both with clients and within the organization.
