Role Description

The Vice President of Finance and Operations will oversee financial strategy, operations, and planning to ensure the organization's sustained growth and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include creating financial plans, analyzing and interpreting financial statements, overseeing reporting processes, and driving operational efficiencies. This is a full-time remote role, requiring strategic leadership and collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements analysis
• Strong Finance and Analytical Skills
• Exceptional organizational and leadership abilities
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving aptitude
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Experience in managing operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
