Job Overview

The VP of Digital Transformation leads the company's digital strategy and transformation plan, driving upgrades to business models, operational efficiency, and customer experience through technological innovation, process optimization, and data-driven approaches. This role reports directly to the CEO or Chief Information Officer (CIO) and is a core leader in implementing the company's digital strategy.

II. Core Responsibilities (12 items)

Developing Digital Strategy

Develop the company's digital transformation roadmap, ensuring it is highly aligned with overall strategic goals.

Digital Business Planning

Design the strategic layout of digital products, platforms, and services to achieve business model innovation.

Driving Process Optimization and Automation

Introduce advanced technologies (such as RPA, AI, cloud computing, and data analytics) to optimize business processes, improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Data and Technology-Driven Decision Making

Establish a data governance system to drive data-driven operations and data-driven business decisions.

Digital Project Management

Oversee the planning, execution, and risk management of digital transformation projects to ensure timely and high-quality completion.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration

Work closely with IT, product, operations, and marketing departments to drive the implementation of the transformation.

**Innovative Technology Introduction:** Track emerging technology trends (such as AI, blockchain, IoT, etc.), assess their application value, and implement them.

**Team Building and Talent Development:** Recruit, manage, and develop digital teams, building a culture of efficient collaboration and innovation.

**Partnership and Ecosystem Building:** Establish strategic partnerships with technology vendors, consulting firms, and innovative companies to support transformation projects.

**Budget and Resource Management:** Develop digital project budgets, optimize resource allocation, and ensure ROI.

**Transformation Performance Evaluation:** Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for digital transformation and regularly evaluate project progress and business outcomes.

**Risk Management and Compliance:** Ensure digital projects meet data security, privacy protection, and legal compliance requirements.

IV. Job Requirements

* 1) Education Background

* Bachelor's degree or above in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Business Management, or related fields

* MBA or advanced management experience preferred

* 20+ years of experience in enterprise digitalization, information technology, or business strategy

* 15+ years of experience as a senior executive or vice president in digital leadership

* Successful digital transformation case studies (e.g., ERP, CRM, cloud migration, AI applications, etc.)
