Job Overview

The VP of Digital Transformation is responsible for driving the implementation of the company's overall digital transformation strategy, coordinating the application of digital technologies, business process optimization, and organizational change to improve operational efficiency, customer experience, and business innovation capabilities. This role is a core driver for the company's digital transformation, business upgrades, and intelligent operations.

II. Core Responsibilities (12 items)

Develop the company's digital transformation strategy and ensure its alignment with the overall company strategy

Identify opportunities for business process optimization and digital transformation

Drive the construction of key business systems and digital platforms (ERP, CRM, data platforms, etc.)

Lead the full lifecycle management of digital projects from planning to implementation

Introduce digital tools and technologies (RPA, AI, cloud computing, big data, etc.)

Design digital operation models to improve efficiency and business agility

Manage cross-departmental digital implementation teams (IT, business, operations, etc.)

Establish a digital KPI and monitoring system (data-driven management, business analysis)

Promote the construction of data asset management and data governance systems

Establish a digital innovation lab or new business incubation mechanism

Evaluate the return on investment (ROI), risks, and priorities of digitalization

Report the results and business value of digital transformation to management

IV. Job Requirements

1. Education and Experience

Bachelor's degree or above (Computer Science, Information Management, MBA preferred)

Over 20 years of work experience, including over 15 years of experience in digital transformation, information technology, or operations management

Experience in successfully driving enterprise digital transformation or implementing large-scale IT/business systems

2. Core Competencies
