Job Overview

The VP of Digital Transformation is responsible for the formulation and implementation of the company's overall digital strategy. Through technologies such as cloud computing, big data, and AI, process reengineering, and data-driven operations, the VP drives a comprehensive upgrade in business, operations, and customer experience, achieving cost reduction, efficiency improvement, and growth transformation.

This role is a core driver of the company's digital transformation, connecting business, technology, and management.

II. Core Responsibilities (12 items)

* Formulate the company's digital strategy

* Plan the company's overall digital roadmap, ensuring alignment with business strategy

* Drive business digital transformation

* Transform traditional business processes to achieve online, automated, and intelligent operations

* Build digital platforms and systems

* Drive the construction of systems such as ERP, CRM, data platforms, and business platforms

* Build a data-driven operations system

* Establish a data collection, analysis, and decision-making system (BI, data warehouse, etc.)

* Optimize customer experience (CX)

* Drive omnichannel digital customer touchpoints (Apps, mini-programs, official website, etc.)

* Drive the implementation of technology applications

* Introduce technologies such as AI, RPA, and IoT to improve efficiency and innovation capabilities

* Collaborate across departments to promote transformation

* Coordinate IT, product, operations, and marketing... Collaborative implementation of transformation projects by departments including site management, etc.

Digital Project Management: Managing the progress, budget, and quality of multiple digital projects.

Supplier and Partner Management: Establishing partnerships with technology suppliers and consulting firms.

Digital Organization and Talent Development: Building digital teams (data, product, technology, etc.).

Information Security and Compliance Management: Ensuring data security, privacy protection, and compliant operations.

Senior Reporting and Decision Support: Reporting digital progress and ROI to the CEO/Board of Directors.

Digital Project Launch Rate and Success Rate

Business Process Efficiency Improvement (Cost Reduction, Cycle Shortening)

Digital Revenue Share Revenue Contribution; Data-Driven Decision-Making Ratio; Customer Experience Improvement (NPS, Conversion Rate); System Stability and Usage; Digital Return on Investment (ROI) IV. Job Requirements 1) Education Background: Bachelor's degree or above (Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, etc.); MBA preferred. 2) Work Experience: 20+ years of relevant experience (IT, Digitalization, Product, or Operations); 15+ years of leadership experience in digital transformation; Successful enterprise digital transformation case studies (e.g., ERP upgrades, data platforms, online business). 3) Core Competencies: Digital Strategy; Business + Tech Integration; Change Management; Data-Driven Decision-Making; Cross-Departmental Driving Force and Influence.
