Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Corporate Development. In this role, you will lead strategic initiatives, drive mergers and acquisitions, oversee due diligence processes, and execute financial modeling to support high-impact business decisions. You will collaborate with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to identify growth opportunities, assess new business ventures, and contribute to the agency's long-term success while maintaining alignment with organizational goals.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Corporate Development and leading acquisitions to drive business growth
• Strong proficiency in Financial Modeling and Finance to support strategic decision-making
• Comprehensive experience in conducting Due Diligence for mergers, acquisitions, or major investments
• Strategic thinking and the ability to assess and develop business opportunities
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to work collaboratively in a remote environment
• Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills
• MBA or related advanced degree in Finance, Business, or a related field is preferred
• Previous experience in consulting, private equity, investment banking, or corporate development roles is a plus
