Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive global corporate communications strategy aligned with business objectives and brand vision
  • Lead all internal and external communications, including executive messaging, corporate announcements, and organizational updates
  • Oversee global public relations activities and manage relationships with media outlets, journalists, and industry influencers
  • Serve as the primary communications advisor to the CEO and executive leadership team
  • Manage crisis communications and reputational risk response strategies
  • Ensure consistent brand voice and messaging across all regions and business units
  • Direct corporate storytelling initiatives, including ESG, sustainability, and innovation narratives
  • Lead investor communications support in collaboration with finance and investor relations teams
  • Oversee digital communications, including corporate website, social media presence, and thought leadership content
  • Build and lead a high-performing global communications team

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (Master’s degree preferred)
  • 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or related executive roles
  • Proven experience in a senior leadership role within a multinational organization
  • Strong track record in crisis communication and reputation management
  • Excellent executive presence and ability to advise C-level leadership
  • Deep understanding of global media landscapes and digital communication channels
  • Experience working with cross-functional and multicultural teams
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Required Skills - Strategic communications planning
  • Required Skills - Media relations and press management

Preferred

  • Experience in technology, energy, financial services, or blockchain-related industries
  • Background in ESG communications and sustainability reporting
  • Familiarity with investor relations and corporate governance communication
  • Experience managing global communications agencies
  • Exposure to IPO, M&A, or large-scale corporate transformation communications
