Responsibilities

- Develop and lead the global corporate communications strategy aligned with business and brand objectives - Oversee internal and external communications, ensuring message consistency across all channels - Manage corporate reputation, public image, and brand credibility across global markets - Lead media relations strategy, including press releases, interviews, and executive visibility - Oversee internal communications programs to improve employee engagement and alignment - Develop executive messaging, speeches, and communication materials for leadership team - Lead crisis communication planning and execution for reputational risk management - Collaborate with marketing, legal, HR, and investor relations teams on integrated communication strategies - Manage relationships with media outlets, PR agencies, and communication partners globally - Support investor communications and corporate reporting narratives where applicable - Monitor public sentiment, media coverage, and communication effectiveness metrics - Build and lead a high-performing global corporate communications team

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred) - 15+ years of experience in corporate communications, public relations, or brand communications - 5+ years in senior leadership or executive communications roles - Proven experience managing global corporate communication strategies - Strong media relations and crisis communication experience - Experience working with executive leadership teams and board-level stakeholders - Corporate communication strategy - Media and public relations - Crisis and reputation management - Executive messaging and storytelling - Stakeholder engagement - Cross-functional collaboration - Strong written and verbal communication skills

Preferred

- Experience in multinational corporations or high-growth global companies - Background in technology, healthcare, financial services, or consumer industries - Strong understanding of investor relations and regulatory communication environments - Experience managing global PR agencies and communication networks - Familiarity with digital communications and social media reputation management
