Job Description

Responsibilities

  • oversee the development and implementation of strategic communication initiatives, including press releases, media relations, and corporate branding.
  • Responsibilities will include managing internal communications, crafting key messaging for stakeholders, collaborating with leadership on public relations campaigns, and ensuring alignment with the company’s values and goals.
  • The VP will play a critical role in strengthening Ergéa’s brand voice and presence within the healthcare industry.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in Press Releases and Media Relations to maintain and enhance the company's public image.
  • Strong Strategic Communications and Corporate Communications skills to design and execute impactful communication strategies.
  • Experience in Internal Communications to foster effective information-sharing and alignment across teams.
  • Demonstrated capacity to build and maintain relationships with media outlets and stakeholders.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field (advanced degrees preferred).
  • Familiarity with the healthcare industry or experience in a healthcare environment is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setting while aligning with cross-functional teams across different regions.
