Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Vice President of Communications. The Vice President of Communications will lead and execute the overall communications strategy for the organization. This includes developing and overseeing corporate communication initiatives, managing media relations, drafting press releases, and executing strategic communication plans. The individual will play a key role in enhancing the company’s public profile, fostering relationships with media and stakeholders, and ensuring consistent messaging aligned with the organization’s mission and values.

Qualifications

• Expertise in crafting and distributing press releases to communicate key organizational updates effectively
• Strong skills in Strategic Communications and the ability to develop messaging that aligns with business objectives
• Proven experience in Media Relations, including building strong relationships with media outlets
• Extensive knowledge in Corporate Communications and Public Relations, with a focus on brand positioning and reputation management
• Exceptional leadership and team management abilities
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement high-impact communication strategies
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field
• Experience working in healthcare or related industries is a strong plus
