We are seeking a vice president, client experience to join one of our fastest growing accounts at an exciting moment in time. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership and client service skills, and experience managing both unbranded celebrity market-shaping programs and data/regulatory milestone announcements with pharmaceutical companies. They will display personal ownership and accountability for client engagement, with the ability to cultivate and nurture long-term partnerships and client satisfaction.     Serve as a day-to-day account lead, partnering with clients, interagency partners, dna leaders and team members, establishing integrated plans and ensuring their successful imple
  • mentation.Help design multichannel activations in partnership with specialist teams (Earned Media, Creative, Strategy,
  • Digital).Initiate and closely manage implementation of client-approved programs, understanding brand, program and tactic status, dependencies and considerations at
  • all times.Serve as the driving force behind all program elements, providing clear direction to the internal team (across CX and specialist partners), foreseeing potential roadblocks and proactively recommending/implementing
  • solutions.Oversee high-profile celebrity partnerships, liaising with the talent agency and our world-class specialist teams to execute
  • campaigns.Understand client business challenges and asks, with strong instincts and the ability to craft deliverables that address the client’
