Responsibilities

• Corporate Brand & Reputation
• - Own and evolve Alight’s enterprise corporate brand strategy, including positioning, messaging architecture, brand identity, and brand governance.
• - Lead reputation management efforts to strengthen trust with external stakeholders and employees.
• - Ensure consistent application of brand standards across all corporate communications and channels.
• - Lead evolution of the brand, and brand modernization efforts.
• Public Relations & Investor Relations Communications
• - Oversee Public Relations and Investor Relations communications strategy and execution.
• - Drive proactive media engagement, executive thought leadership, and issues management.
• - Partner closely with Legal, Finance, and executive leadership on earnings-related communications and market-facing narratives.
• - Lead crisis communications and reputation risk management.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 15+ years of progressive experience in marketing, corporate communications, or brand leadership roles.
• 7+ years of experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
• Extensive experience leading enterprise brand, corporate marketing, or communications functions.
• Proven success managing people, agencies, and complex, high-visibility initiatives.
• Strong executive presence with the ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Virtual-first environment with collaboration across global teams.
• Highly visible role with regular interaction with executive leadership.
• Occasional travel for leadership meetings, media engagements, and company events.

Preferred

• Master’s degree or equivalent advanced experience.
• Experience in B2B, professional services, technology, or regulated industries.
• Direct experience partnering with investor relations and executive leadership teams.
• Experience leading communications during periods of transformation or growth.
