Job Summary
Own the local outreach and partner network for community events, turning vendor recruitment, partner outreach, and on-site support into well-attended, well-promoted experiences.
- Outreach & Partnerships: Recruit vendors, sponsors, and attendees, and cultivate relationships with local businesses and community partners.
- Promotion & Engagement: Drive event promotion through networking, social channels, email, and community outreach; report outreach results.
- Operations & Support: Handle event-day setup, check-in, vendor needs, and general on-site activities.

Responsibilities
- Recruit vendors, sponsors, and attendees for events
- Contact local businesses, nonprofits, and community organizations
- Promote events through networking, social media, email, and community outreach
- Build relationships with local businesses and community partners
- Provide updates on outreach activities and results
- Assist with event setup, attendee check-in, vendor support, and general event-day activities as needed
Requirements
- Strong communication and networking skills
- Self-motivated and organized
- Ability to work independently
Preferred
- Sales, marketing, outreach, or event promotion experience preferred
