Vehicle Buying Agent - Social Media/Marketplace Team
Position Type: Independent Contractor (1099)
Compensation: $4,000/month guaranteed for first 60 days + commission thereafter
Position Overview
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented Buying Agents to join our Social Media/Marketplace Team. In this role, you will identify, evaluate, and secure vehicle purchasing opportunities through online platforms and marketplaces. This is a performance-driven opportunity ideal for individuals who are self-starters and comfortable working in a commission-based environment.
Key Responsibilities

• Source vehicles through social media platforms and online marketplaces
• Communicate with sellers to gather vehicle details and negotiate pricing
• Evaluate potential purchases to ensure profitability
• Coordinate with internal teams to finalize acquisitions
• Maintain accurate records of transactions and communications
  

Compensation Structure

• Guaranteed Pay: $4,000 per month for the first 60 days
• Commission (Post-Guarantee Period):
• Earn 10% of the net profit per vehicle purchased

Important:
Commission is based on the net profit or loss of each individual vehicle. This means profitability is calculated per transaction, and commissions are only earned on profitable deals.
Qualifications

• Experience in automotive buying, sales, or marketplace sourcing preferred
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Ability to assess value and identify profitable opportunities
• Self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
• Comfortable working as an independent contractor (1099)
  

This is a 1099 independent contractor role, not a W-2 employee position. Contractors are responsible for their own taxes and business expenses.
