Position Overview

We are looking for a UI Designer to join our design team and take ownership of digital design work across a variety of brand and platform experiences. In this role, you’ll move beyond execution—contributing to creative concepts, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and bringing thoughtful design solutions to life across websites, emails, and digital campaigns. You should be confident taking a project from wireframe to polished UI, while staying grounded in brand standards, user needs, and best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute UI design for digital projects including websites, landing pages, emails, and banners
• Translate wireframes and strategy into intuitive, beautiful, and accessible interfaces
• Contribute to the evolution of brand systems and design libraries across projects
• Collaborate with copywriters, developers, project managers, and strategists to align on project goals and timelines
• Present your work internally with clarity and rationale; incorporate feedback into thoughtful revisions
• Deliver production-ready files, ensure consistency across breakpoints, and partner with dev to ensure smooth handoff
• Stay up to date on UI trends, interaction patterns, and design tools
• Participate in design critiques and help elevate the quality of team work overal

The Ideal Candidate

• 2–4 years of experience in UI or digital design
• A strong portfolio showcasing modern, user-centered digital design
• Fluency in Figma and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite
• Solid understanding of layout, type, color, hierarchy, and responsive design
• Experience designing for both desktop and mobile
• Strong communication skills—you can clearly articulate your design decisions
• Comfortable working independently and managing timelines
• Bonus: Familiarity with Webflow, motion tools (e.g. After Effects, Lottie), or front-end dev basics
