Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Lead the execution of digital media strategies by developing and communicating business plans aligned with operational priorities.
  • Oversee multiple projects, managing resources, schedules, and risks to ensure timely delivery and compliance with regulations.
  • Mentor and develop team members through coaching, performance evaluations, and recognition to build a high-performing environment.
  • Analyze data and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness, identify improvement opportunities, and implement quality enhancement processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate strategic initiatives, remove barriers, and drive continuous improvement in digital media operations.
  • Promote adherence to company policies, ethical standards, and operational excellence across all activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field and 3 years’ experience in marketing or related field OR 5 years’ experience in marketing or related field
  • Proven expertise in CRM Marketing, CRM Operations, campaign management, and digital marketing operations to drive business growth.
  • Strong skills in team, operations, and process management to optimize media performance.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams through mentorship, coaching, and performance management.
  • Experience managing complex projects with effective decision making and process improvement capabilities.
  • Proficiency in customer relationship management, CRM B2C platforms such as Braze and Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC), and collaboration with cross-functional partners.
  • Adaptability to evolving business needs and commitment to continuous learning and operational excellence.
