Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic global communication plans in collaboration with senior leaders and cross-functional teams.
  • Advise executives on effective communication methods to support company initiatives and priorities.
  • Oversee the creation, review, and distribution of communication materials aligned with global strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate communication effectiveness using established metrics and benchmarking practices.
  • Identify and integrate innovative communication approaches to enhance engagement and efficiency.
  • Lead and mentor communication team members, fostering professional growth and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and uphold standards of integrity and ethics.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Public Relations, or related field and 4 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area OR 6 years’ experience in corporate communications, public relations, or relevant area.
  • 1 year’s supervisory experience or experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Extensive experience in developing and executing strategic communication plans aligned with organizational goals.
  • Proven ability to counsel senior leaders on effective communication methods and influence cross-functional teams.
  • Strong skills in drafting, designing, reviewing, and editing communication materials for global audiences.
  • Expertise in evaluating communication effectiveness through metrics, benchmarking, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing teams, providing coaching, mentoring, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
  • Ability to integrate innovative communication practices and adapt strategies to evolving business needs.
  • Commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting integrity in all communications.
