Responsibilities

• Lead advertising account management by translating business requirements into actionable projects aligned with overall strategy.
• Develop and present sales proposals and forecasts using data-driven insights to support revenue growth and customer retention.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
• Drive onboarding processes for complex customers, identifying improvements to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
• Analyze business metrics and reports to provide recommendations that address market trends and optimize advertising solutions.
• Mentor and guide team members, fostering continuous learning and adherence to company policies and ethical standards.

Requirements

• Option 1: Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, business, marketing and sales, or related area and 2 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area.
• Option 2: 4 years' experience in business management, marketing and sales, omni channel merchandising, or related area

Preferred

• Leading cross-functional teams, Master's degree in business, marketing and sales, or related area., Sales
