Job Summary

Own access- and payer-focused field enablement by turning frontline insights into training, communications, and resources that improve patient access and the payer/customer experience.

  • Translate field insights into training, materials, and FAQs that equip the access and retail teams to support patients and providers.
  • Coordinate cross-functional voices (HCP/Consumer/Payer, global, legal, medical, value and evidence) to evolve access strategies and field execution.
  • Oversee critical updates to digital resources and supplier partnerships (IVR, pricing pages, vendor marketing) to drive faster, clearer access decisions.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Access team members on the development and evolution of PAXCESS, payer and retail pharmacy resource development, refinement and deployment
  • Lead development and roll out of field force training on access and retail related topics and resources
  • Act as the field force liaison for the Access Team, collecting critical customer insights to identify opportunities to evolve the customer experience
  • Lead and develop access and retail related field force communications and FAQs
  • Support field force advisory boards in partnership with PAXLOVID Marketing Directors
  • Work seamlessly across cross functional team members including (but not limited to) PAXLOVID HCP/Consumer/Payer, global, medical, legal, and value and evidence teams
  • Lead IVR changes and updates
  • Oversee updates to the PAXLOVID page on the Pfizer Rx Pricing website
  • Manage multiple vendors and execute marketing tactics
  • Support annual operating and tactical plan development process

Requirements

  • 3-5 years U.S. pharmaceutical experience required.
  • Bachelor’s degree required.
  • Demonstrated ability to understand customer needs, extract key insights, and translate these into meaningful strategies, programs and in market results
  • Ability to gain alignment: Effective listening and communication skills – gathers input from key stakeholders; communicates scientific and commercial strategies into clear updates for senior leadership
  • Strong business acumen with excellent verbal and written communication skills for a wide variety of internal and external audiences, including senior Pfizer leadership and senior management from external organizations.
  • Demonstrated strategic and analytical thinking capabilities and ability to operate in white space
  • Independent worker with demonstrated trouble-shooting and problem-solving skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively with varied internal and external stakeholders to improve business performance
  • Ability to work on multiple projects and prioritize effectively
  • Change agile and dependable; ability to turn around deliverables in a fast-paced environment

Preferred

  • 3+ years of experience in Marketing Experience preferred
  • Primary Care experience a plus
  • MBA or other advanced degree highly desirable.
  • Payer and Access Marketing experience preferred, but not required
  • Candidate demonstrates a breadth of diverse leadership experiences and capabilities including: the ability to influence and collaborate with peers, develop and coach others, oversee and guide the work of other colleagues to achieve meaningful outcomes and create business impact.
