Job Summary

Own and elevate the communications function for an agriculture-focused business, aligning campaigns, channels, and cross-functional partners to translate technical agronomy into clear customer messaging while driving measurable ROI.

  • Team Leadership: Guide a multidisciplinary group of communicators through development, engagement, and campaign performance.
  • Campaign & Channel Execution: Shape integrated product-launch-to-growth campaigns and optimize digital channels across social, content, paid media, and SEO/SEM.
  • Analytics & Partnerships: Use data and marketing automation to track ROI and collaborate with Portfolio Marketing Leaders, agronomy experts, finance, demand, and sales to refine messaging.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Team Leadership: Leader of a diverse team of communication experts, focused on development, and engagement of all employees.
  • Campaign Strategy: Lead the development and tactical execution of integrated marketing campaigns from product launches through commercialization and market growth.
  • Channel Management: Create, deliver, and evaluate digital communications, content creation, social media, paid media, and SEO/SEM strategies to optimize the customer journey.
  • Agency & Vendor Relations: Work closely with advertising agencies and manage external vendor relationships to ensure high-quality deliverables within budget.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Portfolio Marketing Leaders, Agronomy experts, finance, demand, and sales teams to translate technical agricultural products into compelling, accessible customer messaging.
  • Data & Analytics: Use data, analytics, and marketing automation platforms to track campaign performance, evaluate ROI, and optimize messaging

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Journalism, or a closely related field.
  • Experience: 7-10+ years of progressive experience in corporate communications, digital marketing, or marketing program management.
  • Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of the agricultural industry, farming practices, or B2B/agri-business landscapes.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven track record of mentoring and people leadership
