Responsibilities
- Create short-form content for TikTok, Reels, Shorts, LinkedIn, and X
- Post finance, recruiting, productivity, and “day in the life” style content
- Create engaging content around investment banking recruiting and student life
- Help brainstorm viral content ideas, hooks, and trends
- Collaborate with the IBFlash team on social media growth initiatives
- Build your own personal brand while helping grow IBFlash
Requirements
- Interest in finance, startups, creator economy, or social media
- Comfortable posting content online
- Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, or X
- Self-starter mentality with strong execution skills
- Creative thinker with strong internet/social media intuition
