We are seeking a Brand Designer to develop new packaging graphics and visual directions for product lines and emerging brands. This role focuses on concept creation, mockups, and defining design direction before production execution. (Please note this is a fully on-site position in Jersey City, New Jersey).
Key Responsibilities
  • Design packaging graphics for product lines, inserts, and supporting collateral
  • Develop visual concepts for new brands and product launches
  • Explore multiple design directions and refine concepts
  • Create cutting edge AI designs to visualize final packaging outcomes
  • Translate approved concepts into structured layouts for production handoff
  • Ensure consistency between concept design and final execution
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to align packaging with brand and digital initiatives
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in brand, packaging, or marketing design
  • Strong visual design skills (layout, typography, composition)
  • Proven ability to develop original, high-quality design concepts
Tools & Skills
  • Adobe Creative Suite (strong InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator proficiency)
  • AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude Design, Gemini, etc.)
  • Strong understanding of packaging layout systems
