Job Description

We are currently hiring an Trainee Event Marketing Assistant to join our Orlando-based team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, building confidence in a customer-facing environment, and developing practical sales and communication skills.

As a Trainee Event Marketing Assistant, you will support daily sales and customer engagement activities at scheduled in-person locations and events. You will speak with customers face-to-face, provide information about products and services, answer basic questions, and help create a positive customer experience.

No previous sales or marketing experience is required. Training is provided for candidates who are reliable, professional, and willing to learn.

Responsibilities

• Speak with customers in person in a professional and friendly manner
• Provide clear information about products, services, or current promotions
• Assist with customer questions and basic sales enquiries
• Support the team at assigned event or retail-based locations
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude throughout the day
• Follow company procedures and training guidelines

Requirements

• Must be able to work in person in the Orlando, FL area

• Comfortable speaking with customers face-to-face
• Able to work both independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or events is helpful but not required
