Job Description

Responsibilities

Support POSM execution, product displays & retail activations
Coordinate with Sales team for in-store campaigns
Monitor merchandising standards at retail stores
Support promotions, sampling & market research
Track POSM materials, reports & marketing proposals

Requirements

Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year experience
Interested in Trade Marketing, retail & merchandising
Proactive, detail-oriented and willing to learn
Good communication & PowerPoint/Excel skills

Preferred

Real hands-on experience in modern trade & retail operations
Direct exposure to merchandising, promotions & campaign execution
