If you’re the person who can strike up a conversation with anyone, anywhere—and if you have a "win-at-all-costs" mentality—we want to talk to you. This isn't a role for the shy or the complacent. This is for the person who wants to be the top performer on the leaderboard every single weekend.

The Mission

You’ll be the engine behind our local marketing efforts at the biggest fairs, festivals, and community events across Bucks, Chester, Delaware, and Montgomery counties, as well as Central and South Jersey.

• Set up & break down your booth. Company materials provided
• The Hook: Engage attendees with charisma and determination. You aren't just "talking"; you're identifying needs and solving problems.

*You're responsible for transporting a small set of booth supplies

**You MUST have your own reliable vehicle and be comfortable commuting approximately 30-60 minutes from where you live although we assign you to the events closest to you. We also provide travel compensation for those farther events.

Company Commitment

We provide paid training; you provide the fire. And if you bring the fire we have a training program that'll guarantee your success.

Shift Availability and Frequency:

*We have a need for team members that have availability to work -

• Every weekend (except major holidays). OR
• 2 to 3 full weekends per month (Sat & Sun). OR
• Wed–Sat evenings (4pm–10pm) in July & August.

*If you have open availability you can expect to average: 14–25 hours per week.
