Summary
We are seeking an organized and analytical TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager to join our team. As a TikTok Shop Marketing Operations Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations and performance of our TikTok Shop. This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Responsibilities
- Manage TikTok Shop product listings, pricing, SKUs, product variations, and catalog accuracy
- Coordinate products for TikTok Shop campaigns, promotions, and seasonal events
- Monitor inventory, forecast demand, and manage FBT inventory and replenishment
- Monitor shop health, performance, and compliance while troubleshooting platform and operational issues
- 2+ years of experience in e-commerce, marketplace operations, TikTok Shop, Amazon, Shopify, or a related role
- Strong understanding of TikTok Shop operations, including listings, campaigns, fulfillment, inventory, and shop health
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency with Google Sheets or Excel and comfort working with e-commerce data
