Role Overview

We’re looking for a Community & Affiliate Growth Manager to build, grow, and operate a high-performance affiliate community centered around TikTok Shop.

This person will own our Discord ecosystem end-to-end—from growth and engagement to education and systems. You’ll work closely with affiliates and creators, help them succeed on TikTok Shop, and turn our community into a best-in-class destination for top performers.

This is part community builder, part operator, and part growth strategist.

What You’ll Do

• Own and manage Uptickk’s Discord community (structure, engagement, moderation)
• Grow and scale a high-quality affiliate and creator community
• Recruit, onboard, and train TikTok Shop affiliates
• Build systems to support affiliate success (resources, playbooks, workflows)
• Develop and host webinars, trainings, and community programming
• Organize and optimize Discord channels, resources, and communication flows
• Partner with brands to support and manage their community initiatives
• Create repeatable playbooks for affiliate growth and community scaling
• Gather community feedback and translate it into actionable insights
• Stay on top of TikTok Shop and social commerce trends, and report insights back to the team
• Build and manage affiliate CRM systems and workflows
• Optimize inbound pipelines (applications, forms, routing, and onboarding flows)

What We’re Looking For

• Proven experience managing and growing a Discord community
• Experience working with creators, affiliates, or influencer ecosystems
• Strong understanding of TikTok (TikTok Shop experience is a big plus)
• Highly organized and systems-oriented mindset
• Ability to turn unstructured feedback into clear processes and improvements
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced startup environment
• Strong communication and community engagement skills

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with TikTok Shop or social commerce platforms
• Experience building affiliate programs or creator networks
• Familiarity with CRM tools and automation workflows
• Familiarity / Expertise in Discord
• Experience hosting webinars or training programs
