Job Description
Responsibilities
- Host engaging live TikTok broadcasts that highlight products, promotions, or brand stories while maintaining high energy and audience interaction
- Develop creative content ideas aligned with current trends, seasonal campaigns, and audience interests to maximize viewer engagement
- Utilize social listening tools to monitor audience feedback, trending topics, and competitor activities to inform content strategies
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan livestream schedules, promotional campaigns, and content calendars
- Use media editing tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and video editing software to enhance visual content before broadcasts
- Analyze livestream performance metrics using TikTok analytics and other digital marketing performance monitoring tools to optimize future sessions
- Engage with viewers through comments and direct messages to foster community growth and strengthen relationships
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing with a focus on short-form video platforms like TikTok
- Strong understanding of social media platforms’ algorithms, SEO principles, and social media analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Facebook Advertising
- Proficiency in media editing software including Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), video editing programs, and media performance analytics tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to entertain and inform diverse audiences in real-time
- Knowledge of social listening techniques and tools like Hootsuite or Buffer for trend tracking and audience insights
- Ability to craft compelling written content for social media posts and livestream descriptions
- Familiarity with branding principles, photography basics, keyword research, web analytics, and digital marketing strategies
- Strong relationship management skills to build rapport with viewers, partners, and team members
