Responsibilities

• Host TikTok Live sessions to promote products and engage with viewers.
• Demonstrate and explain product features, benefits, and promotions.
• Answer customer questions during live streams in a friendly and professional manner.
• Encourage audience interaction, increase followers, and drive sales.
• Stay updated on TikTok trends and incorporate them into content.
• Coordinate with the marketing team on live schedules and promotional strategies.
• Maintain a positive and professional brand image during all live broadcasts.

Requirements

• Proven experience in social media content creation, especially on TikTok or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of social media management tools.
• Comfortable speaking on camera with a confident and outgoing personality. Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage diverse audiences in real-time.
• Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and digital marketing performance monitoring to optimize content visibility.
• Familiarity with TikTok Live and social media trends. Familiarity with analytics platforms to track engagement metrics and campaign effectiveness.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining high energy levels during live sessions.
• Experience in public relations, theater, acting and stage perfomance is preferred, as the role requires confidence and strong on-camera presence.

Preferred

• Experience selling products through TikTok Shop or other live commerce platforms.
• Basic knowledge of social media content creation and video editing.
• Bilingual is a plus.
