• Interact and communicate with viewers in real time
• Develop creative ways to entertain and engage your audience
• Build and maintain an active online community
• Participate in TikTok LIVE features such as battles and interactive content
• Maintain consistent livestreaming activity
• Apply coaching and feedback to improve content and engagement
• Follow TikTok's Community Guidelines and LIVE policies

Requirements

• Comfortable appearing and speaking on camera
• Creative, outgoing, and able to hold conversations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Consistent, reliable, and self-motivated
• Interested in social media and content creation
• Access to a smartphone and reliable internet connection
• Must meet TikTok's eligibility requirements for LIVE
• An existing TikTok presence or previous content creation experience is a plus, but not required
