Job Summary
Own and optimize real-time TikTok Shop livestreams to drive product discovery and sales, balancing engaging showmanship with product education and team collaboration.
- Livestream Execution: host live sessions, demonstrate products, and answer questions to move viewers toward purchase.
- Audience Engagement & Conversion: maintain interactive chat, build rapport, and promote cross-sell opportunities to boost AOV.
- Performance & Collaboration: analyze livestream metrics and coordinate with content and commerce teams to lift sales results.
