Responsibilities

• Plan, launch, and manage TikTok Ads campaigns with a focus on lead generation and performance marketing
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data—adjusting creatives, targeting, bidding, and budget allocation to hit CPA/ROAS targets
• Develop and test ad creatives in collaboration with our in-house and freelance teams
• Analyze performance metrics and deliver actionable insights to drive better results
• Research and identify new audience segments, trends, and content formats that can improve conversion
• Conduct A/B testing across copy, creatives, CTAs, and audience groups
• Work closely with our sales, strategy, and analytics teams to ensure campaigns are aligned with business goals
• Stay up-to-date with TikTok ad platform changes, algorithm updates, and best practices

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience managing TikTok Ads or other paid social platforms with a focus on direct response or lead gen
• Proven success managing monthly ad spends of $100K+
• Deep understanding of TikTok’s Ads Manager, pixel setup, tracking, and optimization strategies
• Strong creative instincts—able to guide or critique short-form video ads effectively
• Analytical mindset with experience using data platforms like Google Analytics, Looker, or Facebook Ads Manager
• Familiarity with retargeting, custom/lookalike audiences, and CAPI integration
• Self-starter attitude with strong communication and organizational skills

Preferred

• Experience in the solar, home services, or financial verticals is a plus
