Antioch Creative is a YouTube packaging agency working with the biggest creators and brands on the platform. We combine creative direction, strategy, and premium design to help channels capture attention and stand out.
The Role
We're looking for a Senior Thumbnail Designer to join our execution team. You'll be responsible for taking approved concepts and turning them into fully developed, high-performing thumbnails on a consistent and defined timeline. You know what makes a thumbnail stop the scroll - and you have the technical chops and YouTube intuition to prove it.
This is a contract role with real potential to grow into a full-time position for the right person.
What You'll Do
- Design fully developed thumbnails from approved concept directions
- Collaborate with the Antioch Creative team on revisions
- Stay current on YouTube trends and what's performing
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years creating YouTube thumbnails
- Proven track record designing thumbnails for YouTube channels
- Expert-level Photoshop skills
- Experience with AI image generation tools and strong prompting ability
- Familiarity with AI models including Flux, Seedream, Google Imagen/Gemini, and similar tools
- Deep understanding of YouTube trends, CTR, and what makes packaging perform
- Figma experience is a plus
- Freepik AI experience is a plus
- Based in the United States
