Support social media execution and analytics for a CS marketing program by posting across channels, monitoring conversations, engaging with audiences, and producing reusable promotional assets.

Social Campaign & Content Execution: coordinate posting and messaging across multiple platforms and channels.
Engagement & Analytics: track performance and proactively engage positive mentions and influencers.
Creative Asset Support: produce videos, graphics, audio, text, and decks using templates to build a reusable asset library.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Assist the CS Marketing Team with execution of social media campaigns.
Coordinate and post content and promotional messages to CS’s Social Media outlets including but not limited to Facebook, X, Instagram, LinkedIn, BlueSky, YouTube etc.
Track analytics through Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, YouTube Analytics, X Analytics, and other analytics tools.
Monitor the conversation around topics relevant to CS
Engage proactively with positive mentions, interactions, and influencers on all channels
Provide creative support, including creation of promotional assets including but not limited to videos, photos, audio, text assets, slide decks, flyers,, and more, as needed. Leverage templates and tools to support a digital repository of reusable assets.

Requirements

Junior or Senior pursuing a degree in Marketing, Communications, English, or related field
GPA of 3.0 or higher
Strong writer and communicator with creative problem-solving skills
Familiarity with social media platforms, email marketing tools, and WordPress
Experience with Google Ads, Google Analytics, Canva, or AI-marketing tools is a plus
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to juggle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
