Job Description

6-8 Week Assignment | Up to 25 Hours Per Week | Remote

BVRG is seeking an experienced Monday.com Specialist to provide temporary coverage during a team member's leave of absence. This individual will serve as the primary resource for maintaining, optimizing, and supporting our Monday.com environment across multiple departments and client-facing initiatives.

This is a hands-on role for someone who is highly technical within the Monday.com ecosystem and can quickly understand business processes, translate them into scalable workflows, and support stakeholders across the organization.

  • Up to 25 hours per week
  • Compensation: $31-$34 per hour
  • Technology Allowance: $100 per month
  • Fully Remote
What You'll Be DoingMonday.com Administration & Optimization
  • Create and customize Monday.com boards to support operational and client needs
  • Build and maintain advanced automations
  • Develop and troubleshoot formula columns and complex workflows
  • Design, optimize, and maintain advanced dashboards
  • Configure dashboard filters and reporting views
  • Utilize Monday.com AI tools to improve efficiency and workflow management
  • Organize and maintain workspaces, boards, dashboards, and documentation
CRM, CMS & Data Management
  • Create and manage CRM and CMS solutions within Monday.com
  • Import, clean, and organize data from Excel and other external sources
  • Maintain data integrity across multiple boards and workspaces
  • Support budgeting and financial tracking boards
  • Ensure accurate reporting and analytics across business functions
Governance & Security
  • Manage user permissions, access levels, members, and guest accounts
  • Support data security best practices and platform compliance requirements
  • Maintain organized system architecture and documentation standards
Business Process & Stakeholder Support
  • Translate business requirements and operational processes into scalable Monday.com solutions
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to identify workflow improvements
  • Provide troubleshooting and support for users across the organization
  • Communicate professionally and effectively with leadership, team members, and external partners
  • Deliver reporting, insights, and recommendations based on platform analytics
Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience administering and optimizing Monday.com environments
  • Strong experience building automations, dashboards, formulas, and reporting structures
  • Experience creating CRM and workflow management systems within Monday.com
  • Advanced Excel and data management skills
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Experience supporting multiple stakeholders and business functions simultaneously
Preferred Qualifications
  • Monday.com Certifications strongly preferred
  • Experience supporting budgeting, forecasting, or financial tracking workflows
  • Experience with workflow automation and process improvement initiatives
  • Experience leveraging Monday.com AI capabilities
