Our history begins in 1958 when Cap and Mabel Burrow began operating the county home in Randolph County. The Burrows moved into the county home with their children and the people living in the home quickly became part of the family as the Burrows and their children lived, played, shared meals and worked alongside the residents. Today we remain a family owned and operated agency, committed to serving people for over 50 years.At Victorian Senior Care we believe in quality and comprehensive care, family involvement, community outreach and staff development.
