Responsibilities

Campaign Strategy & Execution Oversight: Drive strategy development, campaign concepting, execution, and reporting.
Negotiate fair deal terms while managing an associated project budget.
Ability to manage timelines and prioritize day-to-day tasks to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality content.
Oversee talent casting and audience analysis to ensure brand safety and alignment.
Cultivate and nurture relationships with creators, influencers, and talent.
Keep up to date with trending social content themes, new talent on the rise, and potential areas of activation opportunity, sharing weekly updates and opportunities with the larger team
Direct Management: Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 Campaign Managers and Coordinators. Ensure the team effectively directs talent and production crews to deliver high-quality, on-brief, and impactful content.
Process Standardization: Take ownership of the end-to-end client campaign process, ensuring consistency, deadline management, high-quality output, and rigorous attention to detail across all accounts.
Workload Management: Oversee team capacity to ensure campaign completion is on schedule and within budget.
Insight Synthesis: Analyze campaign data across platforms to identify key trends and performance insights that inform future creator selections and creative strategies.

Requirements

6-8+ years of experience in social influencer campaigns, content strategy, on-site production, or relevant marketing roles.
Expert-level ability to interpret social media analytics and translate them into client-ready insights.
Proven experience managing a small team and a track record of managing up to founders and/or agency leads.
Passion for holistic digital media, inclusive of influencer and talent activation, on-site activation, and strategic activation of tentpole marketing moments.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to work independently and effectively within a collaborative team environment.
Strong attention to detail with a creative and innovative mindset.
Mastery of Google Slides/Keynote (for presentations) and advanced Excel/Sheets (for data analysis). Familiarity with creator-tracking tools (e.g., Captiv8, CreatorIQ, Tagger, Traackr, or similar).

Preferred

Bonus: Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or video editing software (Premiere Pro, Final Cut).
