Job Summary

Own local co-op advertising and event marketing operations, translating brand guidelines into collateral and keeping admin, assets, and reporting in sync.

  • Local Campaign Ownership: Manage the co-op program compliance, reimbursements, and documentation.
  • Collateral & Channel Delivery: Design and produce materials for print, digital, radio, and outdoor campaigns.
  • Operations & Reporting: Handle budgets, invoices, asset inventory, and campaign performance tracking.

Job Description

Responsibilities: Support the local co-op advertising program, including compliance tracking, documentation, and reimbursement processing. Responsibilities: Develop, design, and produce promotional materials and marketing collateral for local campaigns across print, digital, radio, outdoor, and other channels. Responsibilities: Coordinate corporate and local event marketing efforts to ensure consistent and effective brand representation. Responsibilities: Manage departmental administrative functions, including invoice processing, credit card reconciliation, and budget tracking. Responsibilities: Maintain and organize inventory of marketing materials, display items, and campaign assets. Responsibilities: Assist with campaign reporting, tracking, and performance documentation as needed. Responsibilities: Provide general project support and perform additional duties as assigned. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Graphic Design, or a related field. Requirements: Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Requirements: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook). Preferred: 1–2 years of experience in marketing, project coordination, or account management. Preferred: Strong project management and organizational skills. Preferred: Creative problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn and adapt.
